Returns & Refunds

Each of our certified organic skin care products is created and packaged with great care and attention to detail.

We are unable to offer refunds or returns on open products due to hygiene and safety standards, however we are available to individually assess each claim if any issue arises.

If you are unsure as to weather or not our range it suitable for you, please request a sample first as we can not offer refund for change of mind purchases once the products have been opened.

Mother Earth has kindly provided us with an abundance of natural gifts, however if the gift is damaged before you receive it or you have received the wrong item, make sure you contact us within 5 days of receiving the product to file a refund/returns claim. Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the reason for return is deemed at fault of MAAEMO.
