We also recommend purchasing our travel sizes so see if we are a match before purchasing our full sizes.

If your order is damaged before you receive it or you have received the wrong item, make sure you contact us within 5 days of receiving the product to file a returns claim.
Our Crystal Infusion water bottles feature natural crystals which means they all vary in shape, size and colour. Please note we can not offer exchanges on crystals due to colour, shape and size preferences.
All orders will be shipped via Australia Post. All orders will be dispatched within 2 business days of the order being placed. Some delays may be experienced during peak times. You will be notified via email as soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. This email will contain your tracking information
Domestic orders within Australia
All orders within Australia will be shipped via Australia Post. Please allow between 3-5 business days for you parcel to arrive. Once your item has been dispatched from our warehouse we are no longer responsible for any delays that may occur. Please refer to the tracking link that can be found in your order confirmation to follow the updates of your parcel. Delays may be experienced over public holidays and long weekend.
Please note: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If incorrect details are provided, any fees or costs for reshipping will be the customer's responsibility. Additionally, if an item is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, Australia Post charges a $13 RTS fee, which we reserve the right to pass on to the customer. For address changes after placing an order, please contact us immediately, though we cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order is processed.
At MAAEMO we do everything that we can to dispatch your order as fast as possible but please note that once your order has been dispatched, there is nothing we can do to speed up the delivery process. We offer an express service which is available to purchase at the checkout.
Shipping protection policy-
For just $2 at checkout, you can opt for shipping protection that guarantees immediate replacement of your order if it is lost or stolen during transit. This means you won’t have to wait for an investigation or resolution with Australia Post—your order will be promptly replaced, giving you peace of mind with every purchase. *This does not apply to orders where incorrect information is given at the checkout.

Shipping to NZ will incur a flat rate of $10
Rest of World
International shipping to all other countries will be charged as per the Australia post shipping calculator based on the size/weight of your parcel and the location of the delivery.
All orders are sent with tracking. Please refer to the tracking link in your order confirmation email to track the status of your parcel.
International orders may take between 2-3 weeks to arrive depending on where you are located. If your order has not arrived after 2 weeks, please check your tracking information before contacting the MAAEMO customer service team.

By subscribing to our product reorder service, you agree to receive regular shipments of your selected products at a discounted rate at the frequency of which you allocate.
