We do not accept returns or offer refunds on purchases. If you are unsure as to weather or not our range it suitable for you, we recommend that you trial our Discovery Kit first to see if we are a match before purchasing our full sizes.

We are unable to cancel your order once it has been dispatched.

Mother Earth has kindly provided us with an abundance of natural gifts, however if the gift is damaged before you receive it or you have received the wrong item, make sure you contact us within 5 days of receiving the product to file a refund/returns claim.

Our Crystal Infusion water bottles feature natural crystals which means they all very in shape, size and colour. Please note we can not offer exchanges on crystals due to colour, shape and size preferences.


Shipping & Delivery


Please note that we are currently experiencing shipping delays on both Domestic and International orders. Australia Post is currently experiencing significant delivery delays due to limited airline capacity and government restrictions within international destinations due to COVID-19. Please allow extra time for your tracking scans to show and for your item to be delivered.
For international orders, Auspost are expecting delays up to 3 weeks due to flight cancellations and government restrictions because of COVID-19. This is in addition to the usual time frames. As the situation is evolving daily, we are unable to give an exact time frame particularly for countries that have been heavily impacted by COVID-19. You can track your delivery through parcel tracking, the online chatbot and the MyPost App. For the latest information about delays and impacts please visit auspost.com.au.
At MAAEMO we are doing everything that we can to dispatch your order as fast as possible but please note that once your order has been dispatched, there is nothing we can do to speed up the delivery process. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
We have been advised that the express service is still the fastest option but please note the Express Post guarantee of next day delivery with the Express Post network has been temporarily suspended due to the significant reduction of domestic passenger flights (which carry parcels), social distancing and hygiene requirements in our network, and the increase in volumes. Express Post is still available, but parcels may not be delivered next business day every time.
Domestic Orders

Maaemo offers free shipping on all domestic orders!

All orders within Australia will be shipped via Australia Post.

All orders will be dispatched within 2 business days.

Please allow between 3-5 business days for you parcel to arrive. If it has not arrived within this time frame please contact us so that we can track your parcel. Delays may be experienced over public holidays and long weekend.

The option for express shipping is available at the checkout for $8.90

If your order requires reshipping for reasons such as the item being returned to us, and the issue lays at fault with the sender, the sender will be required to pay for the cost of resending the item.

If the reshipping is at the fault of MAAEMO, than MAAEMO will pay for the item/items to be reshipped.

International Orders


MAAEMO is now available worldwide!

Shipping to NZ will incur a flat rate of $10

Shipping to USA $15

International shipping to all other countries will be charged as per the Australia post shipping calculator.

All orders are sent with tracking.

International orders may take between 2-3 weeks to arrive depending on where you are located. If your order has not arrived after 2 weeks, please check your tracking information before contacting the MAAEMO customer service team.
