Murumuru Butter
Murumuru Butter is derived from an amazonian species of seeds of astrocaryum murumuru. Murumuru butter is rich in fatty acids, including lauric acid and myristic acid, which helps to support and strengthen the natural skin barrier and prevent moisture loss. Studies have shown that murumuru butter is more effective at maintaining hydration within the skin compared to shea butter.
Hyaluronic acid
Hyaluronic acid naturally occurs within our skin and serves the purpose of supporting the skin's ability to withhold water. With age, our skin's ability to produce its own production of hyaluronic acid declines, which can lead to increased dehydration, the appearance of fine lines and loss of elasticity. HA Has the ability to hold up to 1000 times its weight in water to support and maintain hydration in the skin's dermis.. Prickly Pear seed oil is highly researched for its skin rejuvenating effects which are particularly characterised by a high content of naturally occurring vitamin E, plant sterols, and fatty acids. is an amino acid which is naturally derived from sugar beets. This phytoactive ingredient restores hydration and moisture to the skin's layers and strengthens the skin's barrier function.
