   Customer Care Contact – You must have spoken with our Customer Service team prior to purchase to ensure that the products chosen are the most suitable for your skin type and concerns.

   Notification – We must be notified within 14 days (2 weeks) of receiving your order.

   Evidence of Reaction – You must provide clear photographic evidence of the reaction.
   

4. 
   Return of Product – The product must be returned to us for inspection. Returned products must contain at least three-quarters (¾) of the original contents. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
   

5. 
   Inspection – Returned products will be inspected before a refund is approved.
   

Once these conditions are met and the product is returned, we will process your refund promptly.

Please note: This guarantee applies only to genuine adverse skin reactions. It does not cover preferences regarding scent, texture, personal results, or change of mind. We reserve the right to decline your refund request if it is not deemed valid or legitimate. Refunds may also be declined if a significant portion of the product has been used (i.e., more than one-quarter of the contents).
