Inner Radiance Cashew Tarts

Inner Radiance Cashew Tarts Recipe - 

Base: 
- 1 Cup Roasted Almonds
- 1/2 Cup Walnuts
- 3 Medjool Dates (Soaked in hot water for 5 minutes and drained)
- 1 Tbsp Protein Powder 
Raspberry Cream:
- 3/4 Cup Cashews (Soaked in hot water for 10 minutes and drained)
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Raspberries
- 3 Medjool Dates (Soaked in hot water for 5 minutes and drained)
- 1/3 Cup (+ 1 Tbsp) Oat Milk 
Garnish:
- 6 Raspberries 
1. Place all base ingredients into a food processor and process until thick and smooth. Transfer to a silicon muffin tray and press into molds. Set aside in the freezer. 
2. Add all raspberry cream ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth. Dollop over bases and smooth with the back of a spoon. Garnish with raspberries and set in the freezer for a minimum of 3 hours. 
3. Pop out of the silicon trays and enjoy! Store in the freezer and remove half an hour before eating to soften.
