How has motherhood changed you ?
"It changed my perspective about life in such a positive way. Don’t get me wrong, I have had plenty of challenging moments eg; battling postnatal depression and anxiety, being alone with two babies under two while my partner worked away. My fear has changed into resilience, my vulnerability is now self reflection and I have motherhood to thank and for allowing me to become a better version of myself."
What is a quote you live by ?
"“I am aware that the strength and knowledge I’ve gained from my experiences can help other people who are on the same path. Sharing my successes can lift others up, and sharing my mistakes can protect them.”
What advice would you give to new mums ?
"Listen to advice only when you want advice. Ask or accept help when you need it because there will be times you need it.

What is your favourite part about being a mum ?
"That I have the privilege of creating and raising tiny little humans and hope I can shape them into decent respectful adults.
Andddd just how whole my heart is, everyday. If I am with or without my kids there is always that beautiful feeling inside me."
What advice did your mum give you ?
"Work hard and you’ll be rewarded. I have never worked harder than my role as a mother and it has by far been the most rewarding job yet!"
