We thought we would take you through our favourite AM / PM routine using this newest bundle. 

AM Pure Protect Routine

Step 1 - Cleanse your skin with the Purifying Gel Cleanser. This delightful citrus cleanser develops into a delicate foam gently lifting makeup & dirt from the skin. If you suffer from pigmentation / dark spots this cleanser is great to use as it contains Licorice Root (known for its brightening properties), helping to reduce the appearance of dark spots & pigmentation. 

Step 2 - Depending on your skin type, you can apply either the Vitalize Face Elixir or Hydrating Face Cream. Be mindful as the Pure Defence SPF 30 is super hydrating, if you have oily skin you may find you don’t need any additional moisturisers or oils. If you have dry skin, your skin may still need the additional moisture. 

Step 3 - Undoubtedly the most important skin care step of them all - SPF! If your skin goals are to have healthy, youthful and glowing skin make sure to apply SPF daily. Pure Defence SPF is a mineral, zinc based SPF. It is slightly tinted to counteract any white cast. Our formula uses the latest advancements in clear zinc oxide technology to effortlessly blend into the skin making it perfect for everyday use. 

PM Pure Protect Routine 

Step 1 - Wash away the day with the Purifying Gel Cleanser. If you wear makeup / SPF daily (most of us do) you may want to incorporate the Microfibre Face Cloth into your routine. The face cloth will help remove any stubborn makeup, dirt or SPF from the skin. We always recommend a double cleanse to ensure every last drop of makeup / SPF is removed from the skin. It is super important to ensure you are properly cleansing your skin at night time. If there is excess dirt left on the skin this can cause a buildup of congestion leading to breakouts / blackheads. 

Step 2 - Now for nourishment! The Vitalize Face Elixir is our holy grail product for deeply nourishing & healing the skin. Recently improved, our formula is now scent free - making it suitable for even the most sensitive skin types. We recommend applying the Elixir to freshly cleansed skin, massaging the product into the skin. To enhance absorption, we recommend using the Rose Quartz Gua Sha in conjunction with the Elixir. The Gua Sha will also help encourage lymphatic drainage, sculpt & depuff the face. Enriched with Hemp Seed Oil, the Elixir is packed full of Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids to support healthy skin cells. 

Step 3 - Depending on your skin, we recommend the Hydrating Face Cream as the final step in your PM skin routine. If you have dry skin the Hydrating Face Cream will deeply hydrate, restoring moisture and supporting the health of the skins barrier. The Hydrating Face Cream contains Marshmallow Root extracts which will soothe any irritation in the skin, calming redness and promoting a more  even complexion.
